Who we are:

Cavendish HR is a consultancy based in the Home Counties, run and managed by Helen Wheatley. Helen has over 15 years HR experience, is CIPD qualified, has a first class law degree, and has worked in a number of different organisations, working up to board level in both hands-on and strategic roles. Helen is passionate about ensuring businesses get the best from their employees and are able to manage employee issues in a robust manner.


Cavendish HR will assess your needs and give you a cost estimate for each project, depending on the length and type of project. In most cases we apply a day rate, although we may agree a set price for a discrete piece of work. Longer term work may result in a discounted day rate.

Prices for training design and delivery can be agreed as a one-off cost and are payable 10 days prior to the commencement of any bespoke design and/or delivery.
